- The delivery charge inside Dhaka 70 taka and outside Dhaka city 120 taka
- We have a 3-days exchange policy, which means a customer have 3 days after receiving their item to request an exchange. - In terms of the mistake from our end (wrong color or size) we will bear the exchange delivery charge. If not, then the customer will have to pay the exchange delivery charge.If the desired item is not available, then the customer can choose other items or can ask for a refund.
