Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong size
- You received the wrong color or wrong product
- The item has a manufacturing defect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.
How to Request an Exchange

- Share your order number and describe the issue (wrong size, wrong item, defect).
- Share a photo of the item if it is defective or incorrect.
- We will confirm the replacement and arrange pickup or guide you on returning the item.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 3 days of delivery for valid reasons such as receiving a wrong or defective item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Important: If you choose to return a product after the delivery person has left, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our warehouse.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper washing
